I. Job Title: Property Waste Attendant (Pay Up to $1000 per month for 45 min to 2 hr per night)
Location: Houston, TX
Job Description: Report to your designated property 5 nights a week to collect bagged waste and
transport it to the on site dumpsters or compactor area.
Requirements: High School Diploma, must be dependable, friendly and be able to pass a criminal
and motor vehicle background check.
This is a great opportunity for college students and anyone who is looking to supplement their income.
Note: Requires ability to walk up and down stairs on a regular basis.

II. Job Title: General Labor Crew Member (Pay Up to $400 per week)
Job Description: We are currently looking for General Labor work crews as contract employees.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to picking up trash, yard mowing, edging, trimming, flower
bed clean outs, debris and personal property removal from single-family homes and offices. Work
crews will be required to remove heavy debris and hauling it off to landfills via trailer or moving truck.
Must have own equipment, lawn mowers, weedeaters, trailer, digital camera, internet, cell phone
w/internet, compressor, generator and general handtools. This is a 1099 position.
Requirements: Must have good driving record and state mandated insurance on your vehicles.

This position will require strong computer skills, and heavy data entry. Must be accurate and can meet tight deadlines.
Job Description: This position will require someone that is able to handle a variety of office responsibilities. One must computer literate and very skilled in all
of Microsoft Office software. We are seeking someone who can consider himself or herself as an intermediate to expert computer user. (ie. Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher, other company used data base programs) As a processor your primary responsibilities will be to process work from our field
reps and get the work sent to our clients within a timely manner. Must be good with working with digital photos.
Other responsibilities will include daily scheduling of our work crews and dispatching them to work locations. This position will be a fast pace environment,
deadline based business and one must be able to handle and meet the deadlines.
There will be a probation period of 90 to 120 days and if the incumbent does well the position may be offered as a full time employee. If the above job
